Shipyard Transporter SHT
For the transport of ship sections, SCHEUERLE offers platform elevating trucks from the SHT series. From the 2-axle vehicle for small sections up to the 10-axle mega-block transporter which can be coupled together, SCHEUERLE is in a position to provide the most suitable transport vehicle. The core element is formed by the electronically-steered pendulum axles which allow precise steering movements even when under full load. The control electronics system, developed by SCHEUERLE, is based on decades of experience and has been designed to provide the highest possible ease of use and reliability.

SPMT 2.430 – “The Original“
No other transport vehicle has revolutionized the world of the heavy and special transport in such a way as the SPMT (self propelled modular transporter) from SCHEUERLE has done. Even the term ”SPMT“ that was coined by SCHEUERLE, has developed worldwide into a product concept which is also used, in the meantime, by many other manufacturers. The SPMT 2.430 from SCHEUERLE combines all those features which guarantee success in the challenging heavy transport business: reliability, extreme loading capacity, the latest control technology, safe operations along with proven and continuously-loaded components. The tried and tested control electronics originate from the team of electronic specialists in SCHEUERLE´s development department. It carries the signature of highly specialized experts who have decades of experience in control technology.
With an overall width of 2,430 mm, the SPMT is easy and simple to transport, and thus the ideal combination unit for international operations. The axle load of 40 tonnes per axle line offers an optimal payload ratio and is an advantage regarding use around the world as the technical design of the vehicles has ensured that serial components such as tyres can be used.

SPMT 3000
With the SPMT 3000, SCHEUERLE offers a self-propelled and electronically steered heavy load combination which combines the experience gained from the modular transporter sector with the advantages of heavy-load road vehicles. With an overall width of 3,000 mm and a driving height of 1,220 mm, it belongs to the
low-bed type of heavy load transporter which is characterised by a high level of stability particularly in individual operations. The SPMT 3000 can be driven at a speed of 10 km/h with axle loads of 28 tonnes, and at 0.5 km/h carrying 40 tonnes. Thus, the SPMT 3000 is an ideal partner to be used with an SPMT 2.430 during coupled operations. SCHEUERLE provides an adapter especially for this purpose. A further advantage of the SPMT 3000: it can also be coupled with all InterCombi trailer units.

EuroCombi, FlatCombi, InterCombi
With the Combi vehicle programme for road transport, SCHEUERLE likewise offers a comprehensive selection to handle a wide range of transportation tasks. Efficient and powerful combination bogie units are available: the EuroCombi with its 20-tonne axle loads, increasing to 25 tonnes and up to 36 tonnes with the FlatCombi and InterCombi series respectively. Apart from various low-bed designs, the range of accessories also includes boiler decks and side girder bridges. SCHEUERLE road transport vehicles are also specially suitable for the transportation of elements for wind power plants, which are being increasingly installed in the offshore sector.
